This paper presents a novel method of secured card-less Automated Teller Machine (ATM) authentication based on the three bio-metrics measures. It would help in identification and authorization individuals provide robust security enhancement. Moreover, it assist providing ways that cannot be impersonated. To best our knowledge, this Biometric_ fusion way is first ATM algorithm utilizes biometric features an individual such as Fingerprint, Face, Retina simultaneously for recognition authentication. These images have been collected input data each module system, like fingerprint, face, retina module. A database created by converting these to YIQ color space, which helpful normalizing brightness levels image hence mainly (Y component’s) luminance. Then, attempt enhance Cellular Automata Segmentation has carried out segment particular regions interest from images. After obtaining segmentation results, featured extraction critical segments photos. The Enhanced Discrete Wavelet Transform technique (DWT Mexican Hat Wavelet) was used extract features. Fusion extracted all biometrics bring multimodal classification approach get vectors. Once vectors ware formulated, feature level incorporated applied machine learning identify security. In proposed approach, we at useing enhanced Deep Convolutional Neural Network (DCNN). hybrid optimization selected effectiveness results were compared with existing algorithms accuracy prove algorithm. comparative stand proof more promising outcomes combining
